  • "In this week's episode of 'Paying It Forward,' I tackle a practical challenge we faced in the development of an internal application. Our goal was to implement a Business Process Flow (BPF) that ensures our team follows a consistent protocol when managing requests. The challenge was integrating this flow with automation to enhance overall system efficiency.
    🚀 What You'll Learn:
    - Enabling key objects in the Business Process Flow to surface vital information.
    - Triggering automation based on stage changes within the BPF, a crucial element for system governance and consistency.
I also want to give a special shout-out to PowerofTechWorld for their video, which greatly aided in resolving this issue. Check it out here: • Add note automatically...
    📌 Key Takeaways:
This video will guide you through structuring compose steps like these to get the first value:
    outputs('Get_BPF_Stage')?['body/value'][0]?['stagename']
    outputs('Get_the_Appropriate_Subscriber_Row')?['body/value'][0]?['crffc_subscribersid']
Whether you're a seasoned pro in Power Automate or just getting started, this episode is packed with valuable insights for leveraging business process flows to their fullest potential.

Great video, this helped me out a lot :) It's unfortunate that there is no "Stage Number" field...I hate having to hard code things like Stage Names

I find the way they've organized the data tables for this data to be really confusing. For our final solution we built we created our own table which we write changes to the business process flow to. We do this as we mesure the time spent between each stage.
If you'd like me to share this, let me know.
