although the Flow logic is unnecessarily terribly confusing 🤣
I liked the video. However, may I suggest you to work on the structure of your story ? Your explanation was a little chaotic and switching between different screens was a little too much.
Are you serious ? How do you want to examine the diferent Triggers, and steps, without switching between diferent screens.
Sorry to be honest, but DO NOT become a Developer or an Architect if you do not want to switch between them.

In my case, I found another idea to do that feature, and maybe better.
Why we do not use quickly both 3 "Action", "Wokflow", and Power Automate Flow.
IN my case :
1. THe WorfkFlow does the change og the Process stage.
2. An Action can be added to trigger this Workflow.
3. The Power Automate Flow checks one or many attributes (fields) and then Trigger the Action in Microsoft Dataerse.
Enjoy the IDea if it helps.
