i taught my kids dont pay attention to tv or "diet" because ppl in real world dont look like that haha. so my daughter 16 starting excersizing 30 min and she is 224 and wants to be 180 she says below that is to skinny haha
@@urgirlie22 180 is an excellent goal!!! My goal has always been to be a very muscular 180. I have weighed less in my life and it just doesn't look good on my body. We all gotta do what works best for our individual needs!
Ancient Greek used the word "diaita" meaning "lifestyle". Pity we lost that meaning...surely it's healthier to change small habits in a long time span and working towards a goal of health and happiness then towards a goal of thinness...by the way, society changes so fast that something trendy now will be deemed ugly tomorrow, so it's better to feel better within your body, who cares if you are not like the next top model!!

In highschool i was 421 pounds twenty years later im 212 i muscle and curves and healthier than ever having a loving approach to your image and health is powerful to it lasting i discovered in the beginning i tried to change out of shame now my changes are good and im happy with the changes this is such a good video thankyou

Working out, dieting, mindfulness, and things like that are some of my devotional acts to my deities. Dieting is easy but the working out part is a struggle still. This motivates me to try to find the closest gym (fingers crossed lol) or clean up to get that at-home gym that I always wanted ❤❤
Thanks for this video! As a person that is going through their weight-loss journey I find this so inspiring but I also feel very seen. Something that also works for my husband and me is that if we want to eat something, instead of ordering or going out, we buy the ingredients and make it at home. It’s healthier and fun thing to do with your significant other! I also admit that the support system is impactful for me as well. My husband, best friend and I are working out together and keeping each other consistent and accountable 😅🙌🏽 I definitely will add so many of this rituals into my practice🫶🏽 great video, Ivy!

I also come at it from a more intuitive approach, which is healthier....and there's some research that shows that just being a bit heavier is less dangerous than weight cycling (cycles of losing and regaining weight rapidly due to crash dieting)...and I was wondering how to use witchcraft to support myself on my wellness journey and until this video came out, I could not find anything that is balanced and all about moderation and common sense, so thank you for making this! Lots of great ideas here!
I already dedicated a candle for working on wellness related stuff but I need to try what you suggested here and also food incantations and maybe charming jewelery....except I forget to wear jewelery....so maybe I can charm one of my tattoos! LOL!

I stopped burning sigils and started to keep them in my sight. Few are pinned on a wall opposite to my work desk so they're in my line of sight and I've found that they work much better than burning because it's long term. I can feel them working my subconscious.
Great vid, I will use the fitness sigil workout trick, great idea. Something I would like to add though, not everyone is focused on loosing weight, I am trying to gain weight. Ive been underweight most of my life and I find it really difficult to motivate myself to eat more. Any witchy recommendations would be great.

I have health issues that mess with my weight and now gave me exercise intolerance which is super annoying so I appreciate this video. I’ve been trying to find chronically ill ppl who do fitness especially with hypothyroidism, dysautanomia and heds but it’s been pretty hard lol
I loved this video. I will try to incorporate some of these rituals into my fitness routine. Also, as a massage therapist, I would like to say that if you do abdominal massage make sure you are going in a clockwise direction. This is important because that is the direction your intestines go and you want to move things in the right direction and not backwards.

I wasted 50 years being fat and unhappy. I found red meat and fat and very low carb like our ancestors ate, and the weight fell off and sugar cravings disappeared. 🙂 low carb down under channel is good for the science.
This video is the b0mb! I lost 70 pounds in 2017 but had to take a break to work on mental health. As the fat peeled away, the reasons for allowing myself to get that big were no longer being "stuffed", literally! I've gained back 20-25 (it goes up & down) over the last 7 years, and am ready to start up again to finish what I started. ( I needed to lose 150 pounds at the beginning in 2017) I took notes, rewinding many times to get them right. These are all fantastic ways to supplement my efforts. I even ordered one of those wave things when the video was over, lol! I have a LOT of arthritis (bone on bone joints) & neuropathy, so lifting weights is no longer an option for me. I can walk, though, and use those stretchy bands. This helps my chronic pain. (I have painful autoimmune issues, too.) Hopefully the jiggly thing will work for me and not be painful. Gotta try, at least! May all who see this video be healthy! Especially YOU, Ivy! Thank you! ❤️

This is something I've been struggling with a lot. I lost 30+ pounds last autumn only to gain it all back and then some over the winter. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder (as well as other mental illnesses) which causes me to lose a lot of motivation during the winter months. But I'm back on it now and this video couldn't have come at a better time. Thank you as always for your wonderful insight. You are a blessing ❤

On that note of home grown fruit and veggies being more nutritional, it's also specific to you personally bc as your in the garden it can basically sense what your deficient in and it makes extra for you. So it basically tailors itself to your personal needs as the gardener 😊❤
My very first experience with magic was a weight loss ritual! While in Cuba a witch had me urinate my first pee of the day into a coconut, and she did the rest including burying it in the ground under the new moon. She said it takes 6 months, and I kinda forgot about it. Then 8 months later I noticed my clothes were all too big, stepped on a scale, and I had lost 25lbs. Without trying or realizing. I was 17/18 and since then I’ve known this is real
Glamour spells are usually cast with the intention of changing how other people see you. So I suppose if you were casting a spell to make yourself appear smaller, then yes. But if you are doing a working that results in real weight loss (not just a glamour) then I would say it goes beyond glamour magic. That's my personal opinion though. 😊
