Hi everyone, I wanted to come on here to thank everyone for their kindness and warm wishes! I truly love our Yoseka Team and the community I got to experience during my time with Yoseka. No words could really express how much Yoseka means to me, and no amount of thank yous could ever repay the kindness everyone here has shown me. (But it doesn’t hurt to try!) Thank you to everyone who has visited us at Greenpoint, taught me something new about stationery, and listened to me go on and on about pens! It is tough to find places to geek out about pens and paper!! Thank you to everyone who’s shown me love through our social media! awww Min! we'll miss you so much! you were the one to help my bf & I when he decided he wanted to purchase his very first fountain pen; you immediately shared my enthusiasm and excitement, and you took your time to help him find one that he really loves, encouraged him to take his time to make the decision so he didn't regret his first one, and when we came back to check out more and possibly buy it a few weeks later, you remembered us and got excited to see what kind of decision he's made. the whole thing was very sweet and we laughed a lot and left the store with big plans & smiles. the store was always bursting with laughter and energy whenever you were there. wishing nothing but the very best for you, always!!!

Min helped me so wonderfully earlier this month! It was my first time shopping while she was working the store, and how knowledgeable she was really stood out to me! Also, she was genuinely kind and cheerful-and went out of her way to check-in with me and other shoppers to make sure we were getting what we needed on what looked like a very busy day. I thought her knowledgeableness is the only thing that exceeded her congeniality-which is impressive, because she seemed to bring such a ray of sunshine! Thanks, Min, and all the best wishes! 💖🎉❤️☺️

Dear fabulous Min, I was so grateful to be able to meet you last month when I was in New York. I'm sure you see people from all over the world on a daily basis so wouldn't remember me or my daughter. I am from Australia and came into store to collect my Hobonichi order on that first week of release. You so kindly arranged to have the warehouse bring it over before I flew home. While waiting, we got to chat about stationery & pens and things & it was so lovey to meet you. Min! I think the first time I went into Yoseka must have been early in your time there. It was a sleepy weekday afternoon. You were walking the store with May, very excitedly asking about different pens and asking when you could learn about fountain pens! Your enthusiasm was palpable. I hope you are okay.

Neil! I know how you feel about your eating experience and stationary adventures in Japan. We also visited back in June and it was the best trip ever. Japan is amazing. Oh so sad we won't be seeing Min anymore here at Yoseka. Good luck Min!

Regarding the brilliant train stations in Japan that don't exist in America: they _did_ do it in New York. I believe it was called Fulton Center; there have been articles and RUclips videos written about the effort. It failed/is closing because of our homelessness problems and our uncontrolled criminal element; if it's not profitable, it can't be maintained/survive. For those who've never been to Tokyo, you will surprised to hear that, despite having a population of 37 million, you will see (at most) three homeless people/people in crisis on the street; that's the number I saw over the course of two separate trips spanning multiple weeks, each. I don't know what their culture is doing differently, but I'd love to have train stations like they have.
Rip trying to find someone to replace that chick. You need people like her in any business. Im guessing she moved onto her career path. Why would that make u cry tho😂?
People have feelings, even when a positive experience has an ending. I feel that Daisy and I have a similar personality and I think that's the mark of an excellent boss when they know how valued a staff member was. Retail is notoriously tough and I think this is a true testament as to what a supportive culture that Yoseka has fostered.
