What I’m really digging is that vintage blue workman’s jacket that Rose is wearing. I’ve been keeping my eye out for the right one but for now I admire the use of this outerwear 😊
These pieces you put together overwhelmed your bodies and looked like uniforms. Joyless other than the navy dress and the big white shirt with black trousers. The purses remind me of sleeping bags and rolled up parkas.
I love it when Trinny wear bright colours and outfits that you don't really see on Instagram. I understand the minimalist appeal, I just really like the sparkle and extravaganza ❤
Trinny: those shoes are the first thing I have ever seen you wear that are distinctly unflattering on you, I’m actually surprised that you like them! They stunt your ankles and foot length…..
Rose is a charming, calm and gentle presence but the dynamic with a respectful, polite Trinny doesn't work. Trinny is at her best when she feels she can usefully instruct, (and she CAN) which makes her authoritative, fizz with ideas and be madly creative and original. With Rose the Catherine wheel doesn't spark as Rose's style is more classic and subdued, and not nearly so dashing (nor as much fun) as Trinny's. The only get up which looked like Trinny was the big white shirt with black trews and black cross body bag - that went ping, but nothing else got near.
Love you and Rose together, and seeing your thought processes and cool additions and tweaks. Have to say the pieces were pretty uninspiring, though, and those shorts were woeful! For what you had to play with, you made it fun xx

The worst styling video I’ve ever seen from Trinny. These looks are all pretty much horrible and don’t work. Throwing on a cross body bag is not going to turn a bad look into a good one. The dress at the end is ok.
I find that shopping from mainstream chain stores is a bit dictatorial. To find my own individual style, I prefer to buy pieces from different outlets, small independents or thrift. Half the fun of creating a ‘look’ is to think outside of the box and experiment with textures and colours which Trinny normally does in spades! I wasn’t very enamoured with any of the looks - all were very lack lustre and a bit blah,to be honest in this video and neither of the ladies seemed very excited about them.
I love this segment but who is Rose. I didn’t hear any intro for her. She is lovely. I agree above that Trinny seemed a little hesitant in opinion. I still love the segment. As much as I love COS, I didn’t like any of the outfits but I did like the some of the purses. I just cannot wear a shoes with a thong, can’t stand anything between my toes.

Those padded bags are awful and the green reminds me of Kermit the Frog. I remember the late Queen wearing a bright green outfit on her Silver Jubilee and it looked hideous.
