Dear Matteo and Micha, you made me relive the trips I used to take with my parents as a kid, starting from Palermo to Rome! I remember that at the ferry bar they sold the famous arancine! Thanks as always for your wonderful video stories.
Aww thank you so much for your kind words, Michele! 🥰 We are so happy our video brought back beautiful memories for you, it truly is such a special trip to take with family! ❤️🇮🇹
Absolutely loved watching this… it has been my dream to go to Italy 🇮🇹 the birth place of my Nonna…her parents were Calabrian and Sicilian ….and she grew up in Rome and came to live in Australia at the age of 23. It has been lovely to watch your videos, my heart soaring at the thought of being there for real one day and exploring my heritage. Thank you from Australia 🇦🇺 🙏🏽💗
Aww thank you so much Dana, that means a lot to us and we are happy to have you along for the journey! 🥰 That's so interesting about your Nonna, and we hope you get the chance to visit one day soon to experience it all for yourself! ❤️🇮🇹
Hey guys, just came back home from Sicily. Had an amazing time. Thank you for all the nice videos and recommendations! Have a good rest of your trip as well 🥰
My family and I are moving to Italy next week and will be there for the next few years. I truly appreciate your videos it’s going to help us so much with travel and eating.
That’s so exciting Chris, it sounds like it’s going to be an awesome adventure! 😍🇮🇹 We are so happy you are finding our videos helpful & we wish you the best of luck! 🤗
Just discovered your channel. Love this so much. Thank you for sharing. We just got back from 18 glorious days in Italy from Roma to Lake Como. I had no idea there was an overnight train from Sicily to Rome. Amazing!
It was lovely watching your reaction on a kit😅👌❤ we are planning our trip for sicily and would like to get to rome for few days, how can i book a ticket for this train?
Hahah thank you Margarita! 🤗 We booked our tickets on the Trenitalia website, which we have linked here for you. We hope you have an amazing trip! 🥰🇮🇹 www.trenitalia.com/en.html
Hi Katerina! The overnight train is about €55 per person for the cheapest option. Ryanair definitely has some cheap flights we've taken in the past to and from Sicily, but after we pay for our luggage it usually comes out to the same price. Of course this can change in the peak seasons, so depending on what your travel dates are, the prices may be quite different. We hope that helps! 🤗

Hey Mia, it is not required anymore! 🥰
@@TheGlobalExpats Thank you for the response. Love your videos.
How much did it cost?
Around €160 for the Deluxe 2 sleeper. There are cheaper and more expensive options as well 🤗
Does it have WiFi
Not that we know of, Rose!
It is worth getting on this train just for the free slippers
We totally agree, Igor! 🤣
Gosh, at the top, space to put suitcases.... 🙄
