1. Gap analysis compares the actual performance of a company against the potential or desired performance.
2. A Gap analysis is essentially looking at three key elements,

b) The required set or an ideal situation
c) what needs to be done to get from current to required state
The "Gap" is what separates your current situation from your ideal situation.

very precise and clean explanation , ty so much however could you explain in what document we prepare this Gap analysis and how do we communicate with the client and at what stage of the project this occurs
Thank you for your valuable comment and appreciation! 🙏😊
This is a tool, mainly used before starting the project. But it can be used between and at the end of the project.
If you look at the intent, it can be used daily/weekly/monthly to understand the performance gaps.

Noted! Thank you for your valuable comments and appreciation! 🙏😊
Just curious that the improving action results in the example look like a magic move, wondering about the process to get the final improvement actions
The focus of this video is to explain the Gap Analysis. Of course, to find the solution you need to use multiple options. In this example, I have explained the process for Gap Analysis, not to find out the solution.
Just a comment... I don't want to be mean, but "Subscribe" and "Confidential" doesn't look good together. Do you want the public to subscribe and see the content? or you want to keep it confidential? Perhaps it was confidential and now you want to share it with the public which is fine, but then not changing the status of the document speaks poorly on the organisation's processes, which is what you are teaching
Thank you for your valuable comments 🙏☺
The meaning of confidentiality here is just not to copy and reuse.
I had removed the confidential word from the presentation in the last video. Thank you for being a supporter 🙏☺
Thank you
