      Dude, I'm gonna tell you, it's one of those jobs that never goes out of style. There's a lot of businesses, at least where I am, who actually wish other businesses would start up doing it to lighten their own load slightly. It's tedious, but it really is a serene kind of job when you're not super stressed with 13 jobs a day and you're one person with maybe one employee. It's honest, hard work, but there's always a place for people in that industry, even if you opt to work for someone else!

    It’s good to see you out and about Sid! It’s perfectly normal to have a bad day and walk around under a rain cloud when your van gets crunched immediately after you’ve done some lovely upgrades. But the important thing is to grant yourself a day or maybe two to be out of sorts - but you just can’t pitch a tent and stay there! Good to see you cracking on” today! Take good care of yourself, Sid. We are SO very grateful that you weren’t seriously injured (or worse) in the accident. God Bless!

    I have a worm issue answer for you. You said "last time..." My day job as some may know, is the Founding, and Managing Editor of an Outdoor News website. The worms came because there was a profoundly unhealthy soil condition under the pavers, and possibly the yard. Your pre and post treatments combined with removing algae allowed the water cycle to rinse the soil and create an environment conducive to soil bacteria which restarts the natural microbial environment that signifies a healthy garden. Sometimes sterilizing a space allows sufficient space for microbial growth. The minute spaces under the tiles create a fan of castings that rinse out into the yard. No different than a logging slash pile burned to distribute bio-char to the hillside below.
    It's a wordy way of saying that bleach can be helpful to the environment when the organic growth is too much for nature to break down on it's own. All that moss can be composted after a few days in the sun to render it inert. As we know SH breaks down to salt water and a drop of caustic soda per 55 gal drum. BTW glad you're safe and well mate. God Bless, and Take care. BPC llc. US

      As another Aussie, I have to admit it's very Australian to think that tiny harmless snake-like worms are cute!

    • @evelynvslife
      @evelynvslife 2 года назад +1

      @@FatedFlames half the time it’s a question of ‘big worm or blind snake’. The blind snakes are way ahead of worms in cuteness but are also harder to catch so you have to make do with whatever noodle you can grab. 😂
      Basically for me it’s: see noodle, identify noodle, if not deadly; cuddle noodle. Noodles are the best.

    I am amazed it got that dirty in just twelve months. Is it just because of the damper weather? A lot of the patio staining I see here in California is staining caused by hard water and at drying so quickly. The patios that looked like here haven't been cleaned in years or its a rare shaded patio.

    It is so nice to hear someone say "Thank you, but no thank you" when it comes to a GoFundMe account. I personally think it's begging. I've been in some very tough situations in my life and never asked for money. I'm talking about no money for food or rent. I'm not saying it's bad to accept help now and then. I'm saying it seems like whenever someone has an adversity in their lives, out comes the GoFundMe account. It's just not right in my opinion. I was raised to take care of myself, no matter what. You make me proud, and I'm not even your mom. Your parents did a great job!! I'm sure they are proud of the man you became. God bless you, and your family. I hope things get back to normal (whatever that may be) soon. Wish I could give you a million thumbs up!!

      It’s not about pleading for money when it comes to go fund me accounts. Others just want to make sure he’s going to be secure financially. He’s got little ones at home to look after. So many (especially Americans) realize one little thing can cause so much trouble for a family.
      When I was in my 20’s, I did beg family for money to cover expenses. I was in over my head and clueless. And now tides have turned. I’m now taking care of them. $5 $10 $20 bucks can make a difference for some one else. I can skip a meal out and not go hungry. I find life much more satisfying knowing others are going to be okay.

    • @PartridgeExteriorCleaning
      @PartridgeExteriorCleaning  2 года назад +14

      Yeah I was going to go more into detail on it in the video but cut it out of the edit… I basically was saying I like to create fundraisers for good causes for people that can’t help their situation, Illnesses, mental or physical etc..
      I’m definitely not one of those worthy causes, my body and mind are fine so I’ll be able to earn my way back to where I need to be with some time and hard work, I wouldn’t be able to take anyones money for myself. (Unless anyone wants to give me a nice pressure washer and a cherry picker I’ll take that 😂😂
      Any people that donate to support the channel I just put that money into supplies and costs for playground work or good causes that come my way. Everyone gets a fun feel good video to watch and I get to create it without stressing about money or time 🙂 thank you for the comment!

      @@SandrA-hr5zk That's very nice of you. I help through my church. I feel that's not the case for a lot of people though. Again, just my opinion.

    That stone does not seem at all practical for a patio. It's nice, but staining is inevitable.

    You're insured . If it isn't you fault even if you don't have replacement car cover you can hire a vehicle and claim it back from the others insurance. Neither you nor your customers should be adversely affected. Come on keep it real
