Thanks again for another fantastic video. So glad I found your channel, I love when I feel that anticipation to pick up my guitar, turn the amp on and just play around.
Great video sir!! I have a bluegrass background and love the "sunny" side of drop D tuning...but I am equally interested in the " dark side" as well!! Great examples and thanks for broadening my horizon!!!

Thank you for the very informative lesson, you rock.
For some reason, I thought that your answer to the hypothetical “Why, Greg? Why that position?” was going to be “‘COS I SAID SO BITCHES.”
What a wonderful lesson !!

Loving your videos, it’s helping me a lot in my guitar progress and production. Do you also produce music? Would love to hear some of your stuff.

Love your vids dude! Those are some sick chords. Are you going to be getting into Opeth's new album on your channel? Just curious :)
Only once through. Looking forward to digging in more. Definitely noticed that the keyboard/organ is still an emphasis.
@@axeofcreation Great! Because it's been a struggle figuring out all of the riffs.
Maybe off topic, but what chord is X32XXX that Adam Jones used in Pneuma? The sound it makes just sounds so good to my ears I don’t know why.
Cmajor no 5th. So just C E would be the root and major 3rd. Adam used it a few times on fear. Very prevalent in the chorus of the title track.
Also at the end of the intro of pneuma. He dies a a dmaj on the 12th of the hi d. Beautiful and not very tooly. Love it
Man, that’s some pretty shit. Thanks for the nice chords.🤘
