It’s separate. But the Q8 has an option to record individual line files, then just drag and drop them into your session and line it up with your session audio 🤘
So you can actually use triggers with the camera? Is it only connect cables and play or does it require anything else than the triggers and the camera? That seems very useful, because it saves time editing the sound. Been thinking about buying the q8, but I want to be sure that it works with triggers.
You still need a module (I’m using the TM-2) but you can just run an xlr or 1/4 inch cable from the module output into one of the Q8’s inputs, adjust the volume to make sure it’s not too soft or loud and you’re good to go!
