I've had injuries as an athlete. As everyone is different, everyone has their unique injuries. Its super dope how you're publicly documenting the process: props.

To avoid dislocation of the patellar joint it is necessary to have very powerful anterior rectus muscle. If you train to enhance the rectus muscle abduction and abduction movements of the hip joint, that is, while you contract the anterior rectum and make internal and external rotations of the hip, you can avoid any feeling of instability in the patellar joint. When you do all the tricks you tend to perform a valgus support of the left knee with internal rotation of the coxofemoral, this causes the patellar joint to move. If you manage to strengthen the anterior rectum, you gain stability of the patellar joint and it will surely stop hurting you. The problem of the injury is that when you fall tricks the left knee performs a valgus support. When you do very important tricks I have observed that the right knee support is perfect but the left knee performs an internal rotation together with the hip joint if you can stabilize the gluteus medius of the hip joint together with the anterior rectus of the knee joint pain will decrease and the pain will disappear

Hi Nyjah, my knee used to feel all fucked up, specifically it hurt when I bent it with weight on it and it was the reason I couldn't skate like I wanted to for months. I went to a specialist like the guy in the video and he gave me a similar talk. He recommended that I get an arthroscopy. I spoke to another doctor who said arthroscopies are useless and it's just the physiotherapy after the operation that actually helps and the operation is essentially useless. In the end I managed to fix my knee pain just with 3 stretches. Hold each one for 30-60 seconds. 1st stretch: Standing with your right foot pointed forwards, step on it with your left foot so that the ball of your left foot is on top of your right foot and the left heel is on the ground. Then bend forwards to feel the stretch on the outside of your ankle. 2nd stretch: sit on the ground cross legged then extend your left leg out straight. Then extend your left hand with your thumb pointing towards the ground. Then extend your hand so that your left palm slides against the ball of your left foot with your thumb pointed down. Then grab your foot and pull on it so that it recreates the first stretch but in a hamstring stretch type of position. 3. front splits. Those three stretches work like *magic* and I swear if you just try them you will save sooooo much time and money I swear they can very likely fix your knee pain.

I can help you recover faster but the whole body must be treated for better results. I’m in Sac message me if you interested. Good luck Nyjah

I know the pain but in another area. I rolled my ankle last year (8 months) ago and thought it would mend itself but I was wrong. My job is demanding and I kept pushing through it and the exercise. Even though it would flare up and get aggrevated, I still wouldn't get it checked out to the point of rehabilitation and time off work. Now I have done this and my physiotherapist says surgery is one choice I have in the future but for me that will probably cost me my job I reckon. I literally can't stand with weight on my left foot without increasing pain stemming from ankle to lower leg. I love skateboarding but fuck, luck plays a big part in it...

I've struggled with my left knee for about 6 years now (i'm 24). The pain is just below the left knee cap and some pain down the shins. It feels like I have one and an half knee.I used to skate a lot and I was pretty active in sports. The last 3-4 years I've been talking it more easy and I don't skate much, but the pain always comes back when I put a little bit more pressure on my knee (like running, playing soccer, skating). I've talked to a doc/ physio and they say It's possible to fix it by exercising. I've tried to exercise but I didn't see much progress and I kinda want to be sure what the problem is before I spend months exercising. Anyone familiar with this?
    Thanks
