Although in her interview she stated that she was his Florence Nightingale and thought she could "help" him. She's contradicting herself when she says she went upstairs because he could put his fingers through the hole she left him to get out, but because of that reason she feared for her life?
Sarah feels hopeless? She could have a nice life taking care of her kids and husband, being a good woman with Brian or Jorge but she chose to be a bad person all her lifebe becoming a murder

There’s no question Sarah ‘Did it’. Even she has admitted she zipped him in the suitcase and went to bed. Remorse could only help her. Her lack of remorse is why we want to see her get life, and will be a factor in her sentence.
All they have 2 do is get the conviction. It will take years for an appeal and she will do years equivalent to the plea offer. AND she will need an appellate attorney for that. We all know how long that will take to find.

In Uk if there is an order to pay alimony (that needs to be paid) and interestingly enough if a prisoner in receiving benefits for housing etc that is paid for a specific period of time, and pension or any other income is paid, the prisoner is charged an accommodation fee in prison. ( I did a video on life in prison, very interesting).

if she was truly a battered spouse she would not have the courage to taunt him when he was in the suitcase she would quietly wait for him to stop breathing, take it from someone who has actually been a battered spouse, she would have done the same if she felt she was in immenent danger.
