From the U.S....looks so delicious! I've cooked many of the previous recipes on this channel, and they have all been really good! Questions, the clam sauce for the marinade, is it like regular "clam juice", or is it special in some way; and if I can't find it, is there an alternative? Also, can/could I substitute the adding water part for milk instead; and if so, would/does that possibly change the cook times and/or pan temperatures? Appreciate any patience and help here folks. Otherwise, I am DEFINITELY cooking this recipe...looks so rich and flavorful! Thanks so much for sharing this and all your recipes chef! If the chef here doesn't see this or respond to it, please everyone else feel free to "chime-in"/respond with input on my questions. Thank you all in advance for considering/doing so! Hi thank you for watching. It's a Regular calamansi fresh calamansi juice squeeze. However, if it's not available, you can substitute with lemon juice or lime juice. Either fresh or bottled.
@@asianFlavoursjc Thank you so much for the reply! I just didn't know what calamansi juice was. Much appreciated...Also, any thoughts on using milk or cream instead of adding the water you recommended to this recipe? I much prefer creamier to watery. I'm sure though I can figure that out myself if I don't hear back, as I really did appreciate this reply. I'm sure you're busy and I don't want to, "look a gift horse in the mouth" as we say here. Your the bes, and again THANK YOU!

Ano ung slurry?
Hi thanks for watching. Cornstarch with water. Optional
When I cook the meat very hard Why ya😢?
If it’s not fresh pork, (out of the grocery store pork) you’ll have to boil it in water for 30 mins then you could proceed cooking the dish.
