      You mean the judicial system prosecutors determine to file charges or dismiss your case. In some States they can take how long they want. No statue of limitation. So a pending charge can stay on your background for a long time until they file it or dismiss it.

    The arrest was lawful, but the kid wasn't the suspect? So, the momma protecting her kid who clearly did not attack officers with a closed fist, was not justified in preventing further harm to her son who was being arrested for a non-crime, that he did not commit?       You have the right to protect yourself from unlawful charges, legally. It wont make a difference of course, they will still kill you, the courts are complicit and will still imprison you for defending yourself against criminals, but look it up if you don't believe me. You are still supposed to have that freedom in this country. Police in this country are sovereign citizens, the laws just don't effect them. They bend to their will. Also you know it is bad when even Fox News is covering police corruption. It is like the church, calling out the pope.

      What video did you watch? The one I seen was her approaching and hitting the officers. She reacted to a friend's call on the arrest. Please review videos again. I will also say the officers reaction should of been less physical, but I wasn't the one under attack.

    If no charges were filed for the boy.... What makes it a "Lawfull arrest"?
    The narrator said she was arrested for interfering with a LAWFULL arrest, yet the boy was NOT arrested.
    Citizens has a LEGAL right to defend themselves from UNLAWFULL arrests.

    The little blue men were not committing a lawful act. The woman was trying to protect her son from being injured in an unlawful attack. I do not understand how this could possibly be justified by the blue crew when it is obviously unlawful and there is video evidence that indicates the same.

    I bet the cop that broke his hand hitting her considered that to be assault. She shouldn't have gotten involved in my opinion but didn't look like she was hitting an officer but trying to get him off her son. What you see is police assaulting people who were in innocent end up with assault and obstruction charges. In some cases you see the officers say quit resisting when they are compliant or in one case completely unconscious.

      Look if cops are wrongfully arresting your son on your property they don't have a legal right to stand on reasonable force is justified this was well within that level a hand on the back and a shoulder grab from a woman to a man assaulting her son should never be considered assault.     The woman shouldn't have put her hands on the police, but the police shouldn't have responded the way they did. If the teenager _wasn't_ charged, then the police shouldn't have been on top of him to begin with, but probably felt the _urge_ to arrest someone. The only good cop was the one trying to stop the other cop from punching.

    The strikes were unnecessary and excessive. Also, if the police felt they were justified, why make false incident reports? The striker will do the same thing with their weapon in the future. Low emotional IQ and control. Either way, the PROFESSIONAL should always be held to a higher standard.

    The police’s own body camera footage shows that this was assault when the officer tried to stop their colleague from punching her. They also seem to admit that they lied on their police report.

    If the juvenile was not charged with anything how can they charge her with interference and assault? Alot of questions need to be answered. 1 what were they doing at this house if the juvenile was not involved in what or who they were looking for? 2 why was he beaten up and handcuffed?

      She didn’t push or pull an officer. The video clearly showed she placed her hand on the back of the officer as she was checking on her son. She shouldn’t have done that. And you shouldn’t have just blatantly lied in this post. Those fat officers were out of control. We need to ban fat, incompetent or cowardly LEOs.
