I have a question ! for a country with such incredibly small census how did they manage to become the largest empire in the world was there population much larger at some point in history or were they always that small population wise
They never had a lot of people they were just the largest land empire of all time. They got big because of the military tactics that Genghis Khan used such as horse archery with stirrups and pretend retreats
