    Loved the bark on those ribs. How were your vents set to maintain 225° F

      millenialbroadcast most of the time they were just barely cracked open. It changed with the weather a little but nothing major. It had cooled off so I had to open them a little. Biggest thing is patience, when you adjust it takes a good 15-20 for a temp change

      Absolutely. Ton of wiggle room in these cooking methods. Experiment and see how it goes.
