Jacques Villeneuve: Too Fast For NASCAR
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 10 июн 2013
- Watch Jacques Villeneuve put on a show in Elkhart Lake and Montreal as Carl Edwards, Marcos Ambrose, Danica Patrick and the rest of the NASCAR Nationwide Series bumpkins do their best to get out of his way! He's too fast for NASCAR and he doesn't care - just like Icona Pop says!
Fun Fact: 95% of yellow flags in NASCAR are deployed to slow JV down when he is two seconds a lap faster than everyone else and about to lap the entire field. I love it! - Приколы
IndyCar champion, Indy 500 winner, F1 world champion. He did this for fun, and yeah everytime JV sees a gap he will go for it.
I kind of miss seeing him on the road courses. It was hilarious to see all the people he'd piss off during a race
Yeah, and he'd also give it 200% in that 22 car whenever he got behind the wheel
@@rgthenascarfan9716 Yeah, and there was a 200% chance he'd go off the circuit collecting someone else with him.
@@whoasked9500 sorry your driver sucks at the roadies
v2_ he’s not wrong though
The way he passed all those cars in an instant was insane
Pretty sure he probably had a flat spot on the front after them passes too lmao
F1 style
@@gilbertbagus1542 I don't think running into people is f1 style
He is racing with kids on f2 of nascar or called nascar xfinty series
Let's see him on cup series next year he is racing on road course part time
@@brapa1190 just want remind y villeneuve is a Indycar champion , Indy 500 winner and f1 champion I don’t think he has anything to show to anybody at this point ! He’s clearly driving for fun
@@bohemianphotographer6843 he's racing next nascar season in cup
Running in his own team #27
hahahah i love how he takes the chicane at 1:26 like its an f1 car xD. thats funny to see.
The same people that hate Jacques for driving like this cheered their ass off for Dale.
That's kinda what I was thinking. He's The Intimidator minus the intimidation, but just like a lot of racers who are great but people love to hate he's impatient and doesn't like to wait.
Just like Gilles.
@@skaldlouiscyphre2453 He's also French-Canadian, so that makes him extra hateable.
Back in his day the intimidator was hated and despised by fans, it’s only after he died people started to look back fondly on him and appreciate his career and driving
actually, back in the day, Dale Sr got booed like crazy, it wasn't until after he died that people adored him
Theres a fairly major difference between dale moving slower people out of the way versus jv literally ramming people like its a video game. But oh well haters gonna hate
Canadians aren't so polite when it comes to racing. This is what real NASCAR is all about. Good spirit
We need more drivers like this dude
So more ex F1 drivers?
Miguel Laurito and what’s wrong
@Aaron NoneYa they r notreally alike
Bruh so when Kyle Busch goes Aggressive everyone hates him
And I thought what he was doing would only work in a video game. I'm quite impressed.
I think he used to play racing games in the 90's to learn the tracks before having a race there
Damn man just think how few races that was and how epic of a ride JV took us on in this short video. One of the most mismanaged superstars ever, crying shame he's only done a handful of races in fast cars since he went head to head with Schumi in 97 :(
ajeade08 Since he went head to head with Shumi and won 97.
Car control level : Legendary
Me in every NASCAR game ever
Big facts
Imagine. Jacques Villeneuve and Ross Chastain running first and second on the final lap of a race. That could get interesting 👀.
He’s an extremely talented driver ... never understood why he raced like this sometimes. But damn it was fun to watch, he just didn’t give a fuck lol
Jacques Villeneuve vs Danica Patrick - one of the weirdest racing feuds of the 2010s
You know they meet later that day and she was not piss anymore lol 😂
When Villeneuve wrecked the 30 car at 1:36 that was payback
He's a hell of a driver. I would honestly like to see him win one of these days.
One of the best drivers ever! Just need more patience...
wow. hes a great driver... even if he bumps a few too many people :P
Haha, he did it just for fun and was at least as fast then the guys doing it every week.
This is the equivalent of playing a nascar game on low difficulty
I love this type of racing. This is what NASCAR really needs,
They already have enough crashes every week it's bumper cars and crashes
It looks like he's playing real racing 3. Just blasted to the lead in less than a lap.
Lol without cautions JV would lap everyone. I can get the frustration.
Whats a caution?
John Doe yellow flag
I miss him in NASCAR he made it interesting
He's a great driver, not gonna lie, to be a F1 world champion you gotta have some skill, but he just needs to calm down when he comes to NASCAR, he just needs to remember he has 4 piston brakes with 700+ horsepower and a 3300 pound car, they're gonna be a little harder to stop than a f1 car, who have carbon ceramic brakes and weigh about half of a NASCAR.
Also, when you are around a regular driver in the series and they are going for a title, just give them room, unless they do something to you, dont do anything to them, and that's where he gets the issues from, he doesn't care who he takes out.
Great driver, just needs to learn patience and not be an asshat sometimes
I remember buying an all access pit pass for a 1990s Long Beach Grand Prix race. I met Michael Andretti, Robby Gordon, Paul Tracy and other drivers. They were all pleasant and allowed me to shake hands and take photos with them. When it came to Jacques Villeneuve, not only would he keep his distance from the fans, but he would not remove his helmet. However, I respected that he was probably annoyed with having people wanting to meet him and that he was probably in his mental zone focusing on racing. No hard feelings. This was a good video.
thanks for posting 👍
Jacques Villeneuve makes Danica Patrick and John Wes Townley both look like Paul Menard.
😂😂😂😂😂
Pride of Canada !!!!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦
Too fast for nascar? Looks to me like all of these videos are him overshooting the corner and wiping people out. Cant control a nascar
He was known for being a dickhead in F1, and that's why nobody wanted him. He has since proven himself to be a dickhead in NASCAR too.
Godmason Yup! He was pretty much the Canadian Montoya (that might be a bit underselling considering Montoya seems like a pretty decent person off the track). One hell of a driver and talent, but such a huge ego and douche. It's funny, you see the whole "Canadians are overly polite freaks" stereotype and then you see Villeneuve literally being the exact opposite lol.
Jeremy-Sonic l-Applepie-l nobody ever accused the frenchies of being nice
Slight bit of sarcasm dont ya think?
Mitch Popiel nAscar is known for its slow unovertaking cars
They are involved at 1000 % like many others. The House of Villeneuve is very intense and Mr. Villeneuve founded many school for the young drivers. He is a source, a creator in his disciplin and He spare many life, because They can be driven throught the good knowledges, and instructions.
i think most road racers in nascar are aggressive
i REALLY like the title
...little story i was teengaer playing baseball..fast ball
just out of a pretty intense tournament my coach ask me to play to replace a guy (slow ball)
was totally fk up
almost ridiculous
you made me realise some stuff thx!
Almost 7 years later and idk if this is a real video lmao
A Nascar car is like a paradise of security if you compare this to a formula 1 then He was excited at a maximum level ?
Rubbin' is racin'
It's like he said to himself, "I want to go into nascar and reck everyone just for the fuck of it."
He drives the same style that I use in video games
Dale ernheart or whatever the hell his last name is drove the same exact way and people loved him so I don’t get it villeneuve took from his father so if you don’t like it well then go play heat 3 driving in a oval
There’s a difference between shoving guys out of the way and straight up wrecking everything in sight.
@@TimiVision1
If everyone else is that much slower they should be catching blue flags and moving over like they're a whole class down. Luna's right, when Dale Sr, or Senna, or Jacques' dad drove like that they were praised. It's not fair to just keep punting people but at some point you've gotta stop blocking a car that's that much faster.
this whole time i didnt know he was a world champion f1 driver
Yes Jacques the brake pedal is the middle one, you push it in a downwards direction to operate it not the back of someone else’s car to brake
What creep put this music on this?
great driver, juts needs to calm da fuq down
I'm fascinated by this guy. He is a champion in multiple motorsport competitions, which statistic wise, would make him his father's equal or even better than him but my god, his career has been a slow burn downward spiral to the point he is considered to be the worst F1 champion of all time.
But he was a Cart Champion , rookie of the year his first year in F1 and a F1 Champion the year after that ...JV did it backwards ....how embarrassing for F1
@@patpeterson2671 Indy 500 winner too. Guy was a legend. If only he hadn't joined BAR when he did, he might have been able to win more races.
Gilles was wild as well. ❤
To think he was an F1 world championship...
Gotta say this guy was the most entertaining to watch as a kid growing up. Ngl wish he would have done some more races for bill Davis in the trucks hell of a driver.
Penske likes having aggressive and talented drivers on their team. It's pretty clear why he raced road courses for the team.
Villeneuve in a bunch of turtles...
Well then how come he never won in NASCAR? In top level equipment I might add (Penske).
KaseyKahneFan because he’s too fast for nascar obviously

This is how i drive in real racing 3!

LMFAO!!!
Half of this video is him fucking up lol
El mejor villanueve💪
This is a good parody video
He is like Thor in the movie Rush. Doing it for the sport its self. Always racing anything race-able. Maybe the last of his kind. Crazy Frenchmen. I can relate cause my dad is French. And is also a new town himself.
Thor? Chris Hemsworth played James Hunt - the real 1976 F1 world champion.
Jacques Villeneuve is Canadian.
Did you just call James Hunt "Thor"?
Best Driver On The Planet
He was racing the same way in F1 too.
No if he had been doing this in f1 he would have been disqualified
He wouldnt have won a championship then... i like how so many people bitch about pansy drivers and where did real hard racing went and than this guy shows up upon everyone's request but keeps getting trashtalked. Make up your mind people
He doesn't race for points so he can drive as aggressive as he wants. I like this guy. I hate the song though.
and they missed the most famous one of them all
Him dumping Danica Patrick.
One of the few times we, as NASCAR Nation felt sorry for her
Couldn't even win a race in NASCAR's Secondary series
lol, every one knows NASCAR is a rigged series, never going to let a ex F driver win there shit series.

I wouldn't hire him to drive a golf cart.
jacques was like his father but he won thats the difference.
His father would have easily won 1982 F1 season if he didn't die, that was very unlucky and sad
Time to see how the Daytona 500 works out for him!
and he calls Verstappen a Bowling Ball .smh
As a long time motorsports fan... alot of people in nascar didn't give JV and JPM enough credit heck even Sam Hornish. We just witnessed what Jimmie Johnson did 😐

Us Canadians are really nice.......until the green flag
Or until war is declared.
Or when the puck drops.

love you...hehe :)
He was a multiple champion.... I dont care! i like him so much!!!! stop crying you all....
he won F1, CART and Indy 500. no one has his driving style. he got the agression from his father!!
He had by far the best car in F1. Never came anything close to a decent score when he was in a normal car.
Marc he had a 97 Williams while the F1 season was being dominated by David Coulthard and Mika Häkkinen in their mclarens. Not to mention he had to face them plus schumacher in his Ferrari who was the best in the lineup that year and all the others to come. he worked hard and busted his ass for achieving what his father started and he got it fair and square... all around great racer and too fast for these sissies cautiously going through corners
Marc He did get some podiums when he drove a BAR
His father is better than him
@@Marc98338 you are idiot. Show me drivers why wins with bad cars. And for special idiot like you. 97 year ferrari be 0.5 faster. But i understabd you are stupid ms dan why about f1 know ZERO
You're out of your mind bro, he causes 95% of the cautions in the races he's in
I guess the best track for that vido would be move bitch from ludacris
hahah. the southern boys do not like jaques! man, is he aggressive or what? nice song as well. i want it
Lol..I D'nt Care..he is the

Formula 1 is the most agressive and fast intellect type of system. Let have a years in Nascar were all the F1 driver take a Nascar plateform. You will found a depression in the tire and brake industry.
So good moves and some bad moves
Is this a different NASCAR league
Nationwide series
Too aggressive?? Meh, Bowyer and the younger Busch do this on an extremely regular basis.
yep...normally at the front though :)
Carl Bewley Which is usually where Jacques is when he guests on road courses.
azapro911 In nascars second series... (nascar gp2 series basically). And he still loses...
Yep his give a shuck is broken,I kind like the excitement, but seems like 20 years ago things were booming, hell if you put to many rules in a 6 year olds marble game,it makes the game no fun not the same harder to play for watching the rule to the letter. I still love it,but take some rules out so the drivers won't have to drive and shift with one hand and hold the damn rule book in the other all while still trying not to die.
The guy he wrecked at 1:36 was Patrick Carpentier (Canadian open wheel driver). He intentionally wrecked him. He drove into him as hard as he could... The race where he went from 7 to 1st, well the guy next to him (Carl Edwards) started 8th behind him. He passed Villeneuve on the same lap, but obviously the video doesn't show that. And lastly, he has never won a race in Nascar. The embarrassing part is that the Nascar series he races in is Nascars second division. Kind of like gp2 of nascar. And these guys are used to ovals not road racing. And still beat him.... The only Sprint Cup (1st series) road course start he finished almost dead last
+f1nascar1fan7 who cares. he won F1, CART and Indy 500. Fuck Nascar.
@@RockoDSS got F1 in the easiest equipment and a penalty, won the Indy 500 like many others. Still does nothing here. Video is still misleading knowing it says he "Kicks ass" knowing he did legit nothing but crash cars and cost dollars for no reason.
@Firstname Lastname yeah no
Poor Hillbillies didn't know what to do when he went from 13th to first in less then a lap! LMAO Don't forget he was Indy Champ, won indy 500, F1 champ and 2nd in lemans! Nascar you need to make friends, why never made it. Any road course he was way faster than all of them.
Roger Vallve nah dude, he sucks at NASCAR like almost all former open wheel drivers who came to NASCAR thinking that is easy, "piece of cake", just like ignorant fans like you.
Roger Vallve He still lost because he kept driving like an incompetent boob.
@Firstname Lastname I don't hate him at all, I don't hate Canadians (that's a stupid and nonsensical conclusion, I don't give a shit about Canadians), if that's the quality of a former f1 champion, what should I expect from other f1 driver?, it really pisses me off the way how nobody (f1 fans), don't have a bit of respect for other racing series and Villeneuve is just another example that demonstrate NASCAR is not an easy category, that's all.
@Firstname Lastname funny, I'm Colombian (outside of the US) growing market, 2nd, I don't know where do you heard about that "world champion" stuff, is obvious that NASCAR is a national series, the Daytona 500 is "the great American race" like they promote every year, I never heard NASCAR saying: Daytona 500 "the great worldwide race", I'm just pleased that some guys like Senna gave to NASCAR the respect it deserved when he was alive, I really don't give a fuck about opinions of people who never sat on a racecar and judging that X category is easy.
@@felipegarcia6509 Oiga Parce, no se desgaste explicándole a este ignorante que la Nascar merece mas respeto.
Calling a 2 time V8 supercar champion, Marcos Ambrose, a “rube” is an absolute assault on the history of motorsports. You should be banned from ever seeing any type of car again.
Indy Champion and indy 500 winner, F1 champion. What the hell does irrelevant v8 supercar title have to do with it. Who the hell watches v8 supercars outside of australia. Bow to JV bitch..
@@srxt6758 you'd be surprised if you actually asked real motorsport fans. Heck JV even did a few rounds in 2011, proving by being at the rear that those cars weren't easy to drive at all against competitive guys.
@@srxt6758
JV's great but Supercars are one of the most interesting racing series on earth right now.
I think the only way to settle this is for JV and Marcos Ambrose to both take part in a season of TA2.
2:08 he fucking wrecked because he over drove the corner in all honesty he's not that good if he was SO much better than the rest of the field then he'd win every time where he's one like 2 out of 15 starts
brandon Dean He's actually still never won
there's hard racing and there's just wrecking people when you don't have enough talent. this video is proof of the latter mostly. great driver just running over people for no reason.
Bernard Bradley dude 90% of nascar is wrecking people
Gavin Garcia no it is not.. no one runs people over like that
yeah thats how you win every major title in motorsports, because he lacks talent. you idiot lmao
@Firstname Lastname or cause he’s an asshole driver
Lol JV doesn't have the talent? He might have a lack of respect (like his dad, Senna and Earnhardt also tended to show) but the man's among the most talented in any field he's ever been on the grid of.
Hilarious!

He got wrecked in most of the clips for being in the way🤔😑
He also is overdriving the car, its really bad for the car!
Three words: Never won in NASCAR!
that's four but OK
The son of legend and he races just like him
Four more words: Dude is a pussy.
@Your Dad ...to be fair, these cars are nothing like an F1 car as far as precision goes...a lot of these moves would have stuck better in an F1 car, even old ones...and you better watch some of Gilles races (Renee Arnoux and Gilles racing for friggin' 2nd at Dijon in '79 comes to mind)...these two are almost identical...Jacques is a little more outspoken off track though...
@Firstname Lastname three words: no one cares
