Thanks for taking us on your hike. New subscriber here. We really enjoyed watching your video of the blue ridge mountain tunnel and learning about all the history. We especially liked looking at the original brickwork by the Irish stone masons 👍

About 3 1/2 hours from my house I need to go check it out. Very cool. Always like seeing those kinds of entrances and the quality of work. Concrete and vinyl siding are the goto now and it just can not compete with good stone work.

Definitely. Hard to beat that original stonework. It was built to last.

My great grandfather use to work for that railroad. His job was to walk that particular tunnel and check for cave ins.

      @@GreatDayForAHike what are the settings??

I used the settings I outlined in this video to prevent jitter or ghosting: ruclips.net/video/e5Sx3s94syw/видео.html
The core settings were 5.3K 24 in the wide lens with a few 5.3K 60 scenes for slow motion. I also used the flat color profile so I could grade the footage in post production.
