I bought the pattern direct from your website. I don’t have a sales contact. Are questions allowed in the Facebook group or not?
@Kris Anderson - yes we allow (most) questions in our Facebook group. It depends on what you're asking. If it's help with fitting your blueprint, then we ask that you contact your distributor rather than the group. Yes, you do have a sales contact/distributor...in the USA that is myself - Glenda Sparling - email info@surefitdesigns.com. If you watch this video, it will tell you this information. Also, I've been in a very challenging time as my husband passed away in April, plus we had to move our physical SFD office - so some questions (and other things) have slipped through the cracks. For the EU customers, brexit is not in our favor. Now we have to pay quite high custom fees.
@Marina K - that is true, but it's still less expensive than ordering from the USA. We do the best we can - that's about all we can do.
