I actually liked Adam not being there for this crossover sequel series. Leo was a loss for sure, but you win some you lose some. Kaz Oliver and Skylar coming to Lab Rats after Mighty Med burned down was the fun twist you rarely see in modern Disney. Very rarely do shows like this merged show ever pan out but they got the dynamics perfectly. It was also super cool seeing Jake Short and Bradley Steven Perry pull double duty with Jake doing A.N.T Farm and Lab Rats: Elite Force and Bradley doing Good Luck Charlie and Lab Rats: Elite Force. Not to mention that Mighty Med and Elite Force helped launch Paris Berelc’s career and snagged her a beloved adolescent show on Netflix. Wins all around.
It upsets me that they left us with that cliffhanger. I really wish they continued the show but at the same time I get why they canceled it, the show definitely deserved more attention and views.

This show had potential but it didn't get to grow like it deserved. People dramatically overhate it. It was *not* a bad show. Expensive to make probably with 5 lead characters - most of which get an Adult paycheck, not a minors' (which is why Bunkd has so many seasons. Most of the cast are minors, theres only one main adult.*) and people need to get over Adam and Leo not being there. They could have shown up in the next season in some episodes but we won't know. Maybe this show aired after you started to age out of the age it was meant for. That's a factor too. There were shows that *actually* sucked and I feel like people who grow up on disney or nickelodeon act too bratty and entitled and too many of y'all overhype shows that are already very popular to have the popular opinion. Following the majority opinion is easy. Forming your own is not for my generation apparently. (The young adults that have way grown past the age the channel is FOR are now whining about old disney/new disney. Whats the point in repeating the same shit over and over? I have my gripes with the lack of the Mighty Med specific flare in pretty much the whole show an so forth but could not have hurt to have at least one more season to see it they could pull out a surprise
I think some of the characters (Mostly from lab rats, really loved that show.) Aged kinda poorly in character development. But i like most of the jokes, i just think Chase could be less egotistical and maybe oliver could kinda not do the hitting on skyler 24/7. But some of the jokes are pretty good.
It makes sense why mighty med fans hate it. Any elements from their show was eliminated. The hospital was destroyed offscreen, none of their characters were referenced or seen, even down to their characterization was rewritten.

Mighty med was co created by the main writer of season 3-4 of phineas and ferb (commonly referred to as the best seasons) but I don’t believe he’s writing for this show. You can really feel the blandness of the characters in this show compared to mighty med
Yeah, it sucks. The Lab Rats characters were made for this writing style, so they're pretty consistent. But the Mighty Med characters were established under a different writing team, so they barely feel like the same people on this show. It's not too big of a deal, but the fact that they were significantly excellent characters beforehand makes the difference hit that much harder. Overall, Elite Force was decent. It just felt like it had a whole lot of blind spots.
The lab rats writing style was good for what it was and same with the Mighty Med one, they were the two most similar shows on Disney XD but were still very different.

I think it would've made more sense to have Leo at least be one of the lab rats protagonists here. He wanted to be part of a team so badly IT WOULDVE WORKED SO WELL WITH HIS ORIGINAL CHARCATER
