This movie is technically superior to many of the current generation and previous generation films. It is as real as it gets. Tremendous performances by Ramesh, Sudha Rani and the rest of the cast. Spotless direction of PH Vishwanath. And the best part is, they have used actors' real voices. Current crop of heroines can't/won't dub for their movies if their life depended on it. It's a gem of a movie!

I watched it 3 years ago ........still the Climax scene haunts me.The songs are very beautiful. Sudharani and Ramesh acted very naturally....this is one of my favourite movies.

There are a few pairs that stand out For me Srinath-Manjula, Ananth Nag-Lakshmi, Ramesh-Sudharani 😍 these are the best of Indian Cinema.. but I am also a big fan of Saritha-Rajkumar, Bettada Hoovu, ambareesh cinemagalu.. but these movies are so underrated but class apart.
