A little tip for you. With the final mockup example create a grey scale version of the psd you use to distort with (don't use colour), you'll find it works a lot better.
So, Al doesn’t work yet. If you have more time than money, make your own. If you do, keep buying the mock ups. Good tutorial on making your own though.
I want to know how can I use this mockup feature and after that use photoshop to make final touchups . basically exporting the subject with illustration with mockup applied and on separate layers.

Cool but really time consuming and you still have to use Photoshop anyways. Maybe sometime in the future Ai will get better with mocking up.
