Best soil can ready after 3 or 2 days then you separate water from it and give it rest for 2-3 hours

In summer no requirement of hang it in sunlight but in winter u can hang it in sunlight

Did you know the very easy way to make it
1-TAKE SOME SLATE CHALK
2-CRUSH IT WITH THE HELP OF HUMMER OR MIX IT IN A JAR
3-ADD SOME WATER TO IT THEN YOUR CLAY IS READY TO USE
WHEN IT GET DRY YOU AGAIN CRUSH AND PLAY WITH IT. THEASE SMELL VERY GOOD AS I LIKE THIS CLAY SMELL
