I like the community for the lot sizes and space. It has a true single family feel whereas many new construction developments have tiny lot sizes. I guess you’d expect that for the price point. Davidon is also a good builder. Downside to some is location. Not sure if you’re familiar with where this is but it can feel far from the freeway and other daily needs.
