My girlfriend and I were watching this and she said "PAUSE IT!" at 1:45. Her mother and father developed that area. They bought the land in 1960 and started building houses in the '70s. My girlfriend and her sister actually built a few of those houses.

I live in Livermore and what’s crazy is that I know almost every inch of it that you went through except for the housing that you went in over by Concannon!

That house you showed as "Augustine Bernal's house" is not actually his house. However I believe its a building from phoebes original hacienda property. The Augustine Bernal house does in fact live on in part. When the Golden Eagle Estates were being developed they were going to demolish his house. However, John Madden and his wife saved the property and used its original footprint and walls as a room or area in the house they built. Thats why the Augustine Bernal park is above golden eagle as well as that was his property.

I lived there for about a year and let me tell you I dream about the serenity this place gave me. Such a wild experience to live there in your early 20s, at least for me. Used to work at the Noah’s bagels in downtown Danville

Grew up in Pleasanton late 60s threw 70s many fond memories. We lived on Angela St a few blocks from the fairgrounds. Watched George Foreman spare many times, Oh the Roller Derby my grandmother loved watching, lol the wrestling matches also. My father was a Jockey then horse trainer, we spent many hours at the track. The simple life we lived back then only 1 stop light, can't forget the smell from the cheese factory.

Windemere RNCH99-1 has three bonds: one ending in 2029, another in 2030, and the last in 2032. After 2034, Windemere and Gale Ranch should have similar property tax rates of 1.4%.

I was born and raised in Pleasanton. Lived there for 20 years from 1993 to 2013. Great town but it has changed a lot. Used to be a small town, now it’s a small city.
