Every time I watched this video I’m happy. The atmosphere and love shared by this family are infectious and defy all the horrible things going on outside. They created a kind of compassion for family, food, and society that crossed all boundaries. It is a model of what a good society should be. I visited Minnesota recently and went to the Chinese restaurant they introduced. I actually spoke to the same waitress who served them. Goodbye Amazon hello Temu. Love you all.

煮茶葉蛋的秘訣：要將茶葉蛋煮得漂亮、入味，在下鍋之前，要將蛋鈍(有氣室，比較圓那一端)輕輕在桌面敲擊，敲到有裂痕即可！再放入鍋中待煮。
因為事先已讓蛋殼裂開了，所以煮的時候不會爆開(蛋白爆出呈難看樣)！
也因為彈殼已經裂開了！烹煮過程變得非常容易[入味]！這才是重點！

Jay, 厨房做饭一定小心炸油，万一不小心烫到了，还有一个办法就是马上用面粉敷，很管用的，当然如果可以准备京万红烫伤膏也是很好的。油溅到眼睛上太危险了。一定小心。

我看Jay做饭更多，中餐爆炒油炸很多，如果可能的话在家里准备一支强列烫伤膏，一旦烫了当时立即涂上烫伤膏，那样不会起水泡。另外在往锅里下容易崩溅的食材时，最好一只手拿铲子一只手拿锅盖，用锅盖挡着一点防止被烫到。
最近最喜欢的频道，期待明年有宝宝加入哈哈
