I had one in my hands when it came out but decided to buy something else and maybe get it later. That opportunity never happened, l believe only 10 copies to Australia, l effed up big time.

People.. This is the pink version one of the famous 1000 copies that euronymous touched in counting them before selling them. His 1987 footprints will probably still be there. It's downright creepy.
Yeah. When I play it backwards the spirit of Euronymous materializes behind the Kallax even.

From what I heard back when I was collecting Mayhem stuff the guys who sent the yellow coupon back to Euronymous didn't get anything in return for it (apart from a personal letter maybe). Apparently no lyric sheet or anything was ever made.
Can't say I'm surprised. Some dude I know in person sent him $$ for the Merciless LP and never got it. The good old days where you would stuff money in an envelope and wait months hoping something would eventually turn up in the mailbox while having a 50:50 chance of ending up being screwed.

Correction,1987.Euronymous died in 1993.
Don't know what you're talking about man. It's clearly stated the original came out in '87 and the DSP version in '93.

Not sure what u mean. The original Posercorpse was pressed in 1000 copies, I currently see 278 owners listed on discogs.

Could never get into Burzum just due to the fact that he killed Euro... Had he lived, it would have been better for metal IMO. Better than what we got from Varg.
Well then by that logic you may as well stop listening to mayhem too since Necrobutcher admitted in an interview that he would have killed Euronymous if Varg hadn't gotten to him first. Euronymous was a piece of shit (surprise surprise a black metal musician is a piece of shit) that made many enemies after he encouraged the suicide of Dead.

How does the sound quality/production compare to cd or digital releases that are out?
I never played the Posercorpse lp so I wouldn't know, it's a mint/never played before copy and it will stay that way until it's in my possession. The DSP press is probably the closest it gets to the demotape. I do own the original DSP cd as well and I don't really notice much of a difference. Can't compare it to later pressings either as I never owned any.

If i were you, i would play it so you know the tracks are playable, unplayed records that are getting old can easily get destroyed in the sleeve/packaging
