Cc troops doesn't really matters our goal is to get the town hall with queen charge and 50% with baby dragons and if you want to Use cc troops that badly you can use ballons and rage spell to get some extra persentage and if not you can use ice golem to tank in front of your queen

So if anyone is here to give me tips to faster max out my heroes to about the 20th lvl -ish that would be great!

I am currently using this with a change . Instead of 4 healers I'm using 5 . Works really well as my Queen is not maxed

No because th10 or th11 defence broke your queen so you don't use 20 level queen
It might work against some newer th10s but th11s will be too much for the queen.

Upgrade priority: lab, storage’s, queen (always upgrade queen til maxxed), army camps, barracks, cc, then you’ll figure it out
