since I only use the x100v for photos.. the ONLY reason I want to upgrade is for that nostalgic negative film look. Classic negative is by far my favorite, I rarely use any others, but man I love the nostalgic negative look too!!
Great content. Thank you. The X-T5 doesn't have a 'Noise Reduction' setting, but rather uses the 'High ISO NR' setting. What value would you recommend when shooting the Tri-X 400 recipe with the XT5?
@mikeburnsphoto thank you. That's the way I handle that too. Would be interesting to have a detailed comparison of the two settings. To better understand the similarities and differences on the specific values of the scales of 'Noise Reduction' and 'High ISO NR'. Could help a lot to translate film recipes between the different camera models to create most similar results.
The biggest difference is Kodak gold uses classic chrome while kojak gold uses classic negative. Some of the other settings may differ slightly since there are a few variations of Kodak gold out there
Great sharing about your 5 Favorite Fujifilm Recipes of 2024👍

Nostalgic negative is the one I didn’t think I’d enjoy as much as I do now. Just has a really unique look, just like classic negative
i use kojak gold, it's great!
Enjoyed the video. I have the Xt-5 and just got the X-M5 (hoping to get out with it this weekend) Is the Collie yours?
@@KkatsPhotos Yes he is! Im also hoping to pick up an X-M5 when they become available again. Can’t find any right now for msrp
@ I had two collies over the span of 20 years. Wish I had my Fuji cameras when I had them.
Great content. Thank you.

I always set my high iso nr to -4
