Was pulling hard for Robbie hooking up on the massive musky encounter. Am quite honored to tag along as you and Miss Heidi embark on this new journey in life.
Robbie: Never forget you are one of the most blessed people on this entire planet! Heidi, Fishing Often, Fishing Up North, Building your channel and Catching! Awesome! Stay safe, treat your lady like she should be treated always!
It must be amazing seeing those beast roam. 😍 My husband and I live close to Mille Lac now and we just bought a boat. Can’t wait to try and get a musky there. 😊 tell Heidi that I love the short hair! 👍🏻
Hey Robbie, long time follower, first time commenting. Wanted to thank you for last week video, topwater action prompted me to do the same and it paid off with a nice northern WI musky. Literally flipped coin on going to WI for action or hit the same bay(s) you were in on Mille lacs. Always cool to see those behemoths doing their National Geographic thing. Keep up the great “real world” videos!
You need to invite me sometime when you guys come to MN. Been watching a lot of your vids and been hooked on to muskie now. Bought myself a muskie setup and been waiting to try it out.
I'm surprised you and Heidi don't bring the tent and camp stove and stay at Father Hennepin State Park for a week and fish Mille Lacs. It's cheap compared to traveling back and forth from 715 or staying at a resort. Trailer the boat to the north end, rather than running all that open water, if you want to fish up there and then head back to the park at night. It's what my late wife and I used to do back in the 90's.
Thanks for the comment love, Robbie. It's just an idea I thought I'd throw at you. You could also do the same at Lake Vermilion and camp at the state park there. It's a cheap way to muskie fish for an extended period of time and make many videos.
