BAZ Luhrman approached them at Coachella and asked them to participate. I think the band pulled it out here especially Ethan on the drums. Sadly this track is only played over the closing credits.
It's difficult for a European or Italian group to join this one, but Damiano deserves an international success. Interpretative skills, unique and recognizable vocal timbre. I went to see it alone i was a little sad haha! but baz luhrmann had a crush on them at coachella a few months before . That night damiano did a charlie chapleen speech with so much charisma just before "gasoline" he impressed everyone included baz who suggested them to include a last-minute participation. they had I think 2 hours in Elvis' studio to record it! and baz was invited at their wedding in rome 🥰 but it's a cool movie and the soundtrack is RIDICULOUS ! soooooooooooooo sooooooooo goooooood!!!! 😍🤩( it's like bonnie, she asked them to be part of his album last minute too ! one you know them you can't do without them ahha)
