I watch this show because of Isaiah Mustafa. I love the way he is playing Luke. Not only is he looking out for Jocelyn but he considers Clary his daughter and he is a mentor for Simon.

I love how they differed from the books (of course the books are incredible, but it's nice to be surprised and not know what's going to happen next). I'm surprised they woke Jocelyn up so soon but I'm excited to see which elements of the story are included in season 2!
