Even though your presentation is excellent!
I will say this - the major reason that Frisco is different nearby towns is "people"! Maybe because majority of Frisco residents are highly educated,
they are very polite and courtesy! I saw many rude people in Frisco near-by cities!
Again, you are very smart agent and made excellent presentation!

As someone who lived in the Oak Point/Little Elm area from 2007-2010, I can certainly tell you that the area has exploded. When I lived there the population of LE was only around 21,000 and Oak Point was less than 1,000. My next door neighbor was a science teacher at Little Elm and we spent many a Friday night under the lights at Lobo Stadium watching games. US 380 was a literal ghost town back then but we were back to the area last summer and was absolutely shocked at how bad the traffic was then. Oh one thing you forgot to mention, that in general traffic lights in Texas are horizontal, that was a bit of an adjustment from the vertical ones where I come from.
Favorite places for us, Villa Grande for fantastic Mexican food and Rustic Furniture Depot for all of your western decor needs. To your point about bugs, having a pest control company on retainer is a must in that area (shout out to Hansen Pest Control.. best in the biz). We loved our time there and are looking forward to moving back to somewhere in Texas in the future. Great content that does take me back to my second home.

You can tell I’m from NYC since I looked at little elm after this video. Seems like plenty of custom and large homes to me. Lots of 4000 square feet

This video was very thorough and informative. When I researched Little Elm years ago (like 2008-2009), it didn't seem very developed from what I saw. I really wasn't impressed by the city or housing options. Fifteen years later, it looks completely different from what I remember. Those walking trails look great.

Bro, you make dope videos and I really enjoy your channel. I want to move to DFW, specifically the Frisco, Plano, The Colony, and Little Elm area. I am most likely going to rent an apartment. I'm from KC, MO where the average rent is $1,300 for a 1 bedroom/studio. Would you say that is the average for that area of the metroplex?

Was thinking about moving to Anna but now you got me thinking about here. Never been to Little elm though. Does it have a lot of old homes there? Was looking for an area that looked somewhat new but not to expensive.

Definitely look at Lil elm and also check out The Colony. It’s all in the same area close to Frisco. Even check out NE Carrollton. It really comes down to your budget.
