lumintiop as a brand is underrated imo. They make really great lights
Thanks for watching!
I have this light.
Love it too!
Olight needs to catch up and come out with an i5T EOS or something similar that accommodates a 10440 or 14500 Li-ion battery to get those higher lumens.
Great review btw Charles.
Thanks for watching!
Yes, was thinking same thing. Even if it wasn't higher lumen, being able to use a Li-Ion battery would be maybe a better option than Ni-MH. Li-Ion are lighter & have higher total power (Wh) than any Ni-MH.
@@motohead077 There are Li Ion 1,5 V AA R so you can run them allready.
I picked up a few of these for a security team I was working with a while ago they're very versatile just upgraded for all teams to the D2 can't wait to test it out
Thanks for watching!
Nice 🎉
Got one of these for free with my blf gt4 and this little thing freakin rocks
Thanks for watching!
This flashlight is so floody it’s in your eyes if you table stand it with the diffuser on the tail switch , it did clip nicely to a beer glass with a diffuser on the lens👍. Thanks Charles for the review I’m on my third flashlight and you get some of the credit or the blame🤣 cheers
Thanks for watching!
@acemarcola, sorry i'm not understanding how you are tail-standing it?
@@kaizen5023 Put the diffuser on the tailcap, then the light can stand on its tail.
Melhor vídeo que vi dessa lanterna, parabéns irmão.
Thank you for the support and watching!
Thanks Charles from a UK follower
Thanks for the support and watching!
another great review Charles as always ...however in my humble opin, that strobe seems more trouble than it would be worth(i.e. useless). happy holidays !
Thanks for watching!
I consider strobe useless altogether unless used as an emergency signal only, but then would rather have someone. Strobe for defensive purposes is silly to me, as it affects your vision to,not as much as perpetrators your shining it at, but still. Rather use turbo and my sidearm.
I've never seen an optic like that on a flashlight. you probably can put the diffuser on the back and then table stand it like that
Yep. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec Well can you or can you not tail stand with the diffuser on the back? It sounds like you answered Brandon’s question as yes you probably can.
Yes you can for the light thickness is all the same but light won't be diffused as well.
My type of flashlight. I like the flood.
Thanks for watching!
great review!
TY! Thanks for watching!
Can we walk in a dark forest or conduct a night trek using the 80 Lumen mode?, is it enough to traverse around?
Yes but dim vision after 35 feet. Thanks for watching!
Will be tough competitor for my Olight I5r which one will be my first choice...
Thanks for watching!
Do you know what the best features of that light is? Momentary tailcap . Zero flashlights made in China have momentary tail caps, unless they are manufactured by American companies.
Ok.... Thanks for watching!
Good review amazing flashlight
Thanks for watching!
If they put the Led from edc aa in the tool aa, that would make tool aa even a better light then it is.
Thanks for watching!
Would you recommend the Lumintop EDC AA or the Lumintop Tool AA 2.0 for an every day carry light? I think the EDC AA is better because of the floodier beam.
I like the combination beam better. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the content.
Thanks for watching!
Hey Charles, Lumintop EDC AA or EDC05 for carry in pocket? They look very similar on your reviews.
EDC05. Thanks for watching!
hello I want to ask a question. the fact is that I have this flashlight, but for some reason, when using an AA size battery at the maximum brightness mode, the light starts blinking and then the diode goes out. please tell me is this normal or is there something wrong with my device
Sounds like a driver issue. Contact the seller you bought it from. Thanks for watching!
Almost a home run! Needs a lower moonlight mode and needs a warmer tint. But I like the additional modes, this is what the Olight i5t should have.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice video! Can you help me with an question? This flashlight has memory mode to the strobe mode?
No. Thanks for watching!
How did it so with heat management Charles?
It does get very warm but cycles down from 600 lumens after about 1 minute when using a 14500 4.2v cell. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec thank you sir, as always a great review
What’s the difference between this and the lumintop tool AA 2.0?
I did reviews of both of them sonyou can compare. Thanks for watching!
Oh, maybe the Amazon code only works for this exact light. Is there a code for the Tool AA 2.0?
I dunno about the Tool AA 2.0. Thanks for watching!
What are the 2 rings inside the little ziplock bag?
o-rings or key rings? Thanks for watching!
Off topic... will you be reviewing the Nebo 12k?
If they send it to me. Thanks for watching!
Nice video always!!..can you pls make a video comparison with this lumintop AA vs with Thorfire TG06S pls!...thanks!!
I am not sure I have that ThorFire model anymore. Thanks for watching!
Anyway thanks charles!!.i always watch your flashlight review!!..go!go!go!...
So what’s the difference between this and the tool aa?
Flood beam and different LED. Thanks for watching!
I really like your videos! 👍🏼the discount code that you have expired do you have another one Thank you God-bless you
I sure don't. Thanks for watching!
Is this the best 14500 small floodyl flashlight
Its very nice but I did not use a 14500 cell in it.
Strange the run time and lumens on Alkaline arent much better than AAA torches
Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec Thanks for the video!
Hello, the promo code worked last night when I tested it but no longer works.
Code is good until the 17th of this month. Just checked amd its still working for me. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec No, the Amazon code does not work in the Lumintop store. Please update if possible. Thanks

@@stigarnelundevik9942 Yes I am doing more.
Any plans on reviewing the sofirn sc31 pro?
Yes actually. I have sample but due to holidays I have not finished. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec oh ok awesome thanks. Happy new year
My man
Thanks for watching!
I bought it and already returned it. To floody and the tail switch is cheap and not very responsive.
Sorry to hear that. Thanks for watching!
Sir charles, i guess its brighter tha tool AA
If using a 14500 cell then yes. Thanks for watching!
this light ok or no?
Yes it very good. Thanks for watching!
If I use a normal Energizer AA alkaline battery, what will be the difference? less bright? shorter play time? Please advise thanks.
Yes less light output. Thanks for watching!
I want one
Thanks for watching!
looks like a mini olight!
Thanks for watching!
I have this flashlight. Misplace it all the time.
Thanks for watching!
If only it came with warm Nichia emitter...
Thanks for watching!
Only if they offer both
Lumintop just released one with a Nichia emitter and turbo glow bezel but it costs a lot more than the original.
You must have a thousand flashlights
I have a couple. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec a couple thousand 😳😅
