😢😢😢 I’m so new to this!! I was shook at the prices on some of these vehicles
A 200$ car note is what I got on my SUV and my car and my insurance was 200$ and that was for both cars God can do the impossible, because that was impossible for me even my boss was shocked. I got both vehicles 1yrs apart at the same dealership.
I didn’t think $200 was possible anymore. I was paying $400 for a Toyota Corolla back in 2014 (no down payment, but still). My husbands truck is $890 and I still cringe thinking of that payment.
Me neither, but I can see how she did it. My daughter, 1st time car buyer, great credit score, & brand new car.
With emaculate credit and a decent down payment it is possible

Congrats on your new baby! It’s beautiful. You can really judge a person’s humility by how giddy they are about power windows. I just love me some Kayla. I’m like you. I drove a base model Hyundai Accent from 2015-2021. Now I drive a late model Fully Loaded Ford Escape Titanium. I STILL have no idea what most of the buttons and functions are a whole year later. I just drive it. Lol We made it!!!

Okay, I have been watching you since you painted your car. I was so amazed because I didn’t know you could spray paint a car! Lol. You can tell I had no clue how the autobody shops or car manufacturers did it. I was happy then sad (when you lost your first bid) then happy again when you bought your first home. Congrats to everything that has happened in your life since then including the house remodel, fur baby, getting engaged then married, and teaching and now new career of owning your own business. However, although I am happy that you bought a new car, I would be remissed in not pointing out the missteps with the car purchase for other first time car buyers.
Now I am going to assume a lot since every single minute of the car purchase was not recorded. Here are my comments/constructive criticisms: 1) As a woman take a male with you. Most can dealership sales persons are males and have a preconceived notion about women. Of course the male should be knowledgeable about the car purchase; 2) have your financing in place prior to even looking. A credit union is the best place; 3) never use the dealership’s financing; 4) never tell the dealership your monthly payment goal. It is very easy for financing to finagle the numbers to get you to that goal. However, you wind up paying for many more months and the financing charges add up quickly over the term of the loan; 5) don’t even talk financing until you see the final numbers; 6) never never never never be overly excited as it tips your hand and clouds your judgment; 7) always negotiate the price. Unless you are at a place that the sticker price is a non-haggle price, negotiate. There are tons of items on the sticker that can be deleted or reduced especially items dealing with documents; 8) be prepared to walk away and go to another dealership if the numbers (down payment + financing + how long loan) don’t work for you; 9) do prior research on RUclips and google of find out what not to do from car salesman, mechanics, and people who have purchased cars; 10) see number 9!!
I truly am glad you are enjoying your new car. Hopefully the above tips can assist someone in their first time car purchase.

I love your new car joy. I feel that deep. In 2019 I was able to buy a brand new car for the first time, and it felt so good. I still have that car and still love it. I have a small SUV, it's a Hyundai Kona and it's so good on gas, has the space I need, and all that. I love it. After Hurricane Ida, I was T-boned on my passenger side where my daughter was sitting. It scared me so bad, but my daughter was safe and the damage was fixable. The airbags kept my kiddo safe, she walked away with minor scratches. I credit that car for my daughter's safety. It feels good having a car that you know is safe and reliable. I'm very happy for you. Your car is so pretty. Congratulations 🥂🥂

I think what attracted me to your page was we were going thru the same things. I closed on my older first home 10/2020. I am STILL looking for a shed. My 20 yr old car finally gave up in Dec 2021. I purchased a used SUV and was so happy for A/C and heated seats. I have never owned a new car. I enjoy all your videos and wish I did this years ago when I was your age but better late than never. Quick tip, if ever buying a new or used vehicle, always go with a local credit union. I bank with NCSECU and my payments are 192.00 per month for my Kia Optima. It's a 2019.

Best feeling ever when you get a new car and know its actually yours! My husband bought me a new car in March this year and I still can't believe it's mine. After years of driving bomb babies, I've been blessed to own my brand new baby. The best part is, we chuck a mattress at the back, go drive in movies or on long roadtrips, we sleep in the car by the beach, lakes or rainforest...so many options with a bigger car. I know you got your car already but I LOVED my car buying experience with CARVANA. If Marcus needs a new car soon, CARVANA might be a good option. It was easy and fast. No haggling, no sales person and I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. The longest part was me actually making a choice the actual buying portion took less than 15 minutes. They delivered my car to my workplace and I had 7 days unlimited miles to test drive it, feel it out, take it to a mechanic, and make a decision. If I didn’t like it, they would’ve picked it up, no questions asked and I could’ve chosen another one to try out. I LOVED everything about it!

You can negotiate the MSRP price or go with incentives. You can put about $3k down and get a car note for $300 or a little less. I bought my car about 11 years ago but the rules really haven’t changed. That’s sticker price is ALWAYS negotiable. And you want your interest rate to be 1.9 or lower the highest 2.9
