सरजी पहली बात तो यह कि बैक्टीरीया को मारा जाना चाहिए या नहीं। एलैक्जैंड़र फ्लैंमिंग के पैंट्री प्लेट एक्सपैंरीमैंट क्या साबित करते हैं कि एक लिंविंग आरगैंनीजम दूसरे लिंविंग आरगैंनीजम का भोजन हैं फूड़ चेन का हिस्सा हैं। चिड़ीया को बोलना नहीं पड़ता की जाओं किसानों के खेत से कीड़े बीन कर लाओं बच्चों की परवरीश के लिए और न ही किसान चिड़ीया को खेत से कीड़े साफ करने की मजदूरी देते हैं। गंगोत्री का पानी तो वैसे ही साफ हैं और जल प्रदुषण तो इंसान ने किया हैं। गमबुजीया मछली तो मलेरीया डैंगू के मच्छरों को चाव से खाती हैं। गाय पौधों का सैलयुलोज नहीं पचा पाती इसलिए रयुमन बैक्टीरीया से भरा पड़ा हैं। भीतर बैक्टीरीयलफरमैंटेशन हो रहा हैं सैल्युलेज निकल रहा हैं। बैक्टीरीया न होता तो दारू बनना असंभव था और वहीं एल्कोहल एंटीमाइक्रोबियल हैं जो डीटाल सैवलान में जायलीनौल और क्लोरोहैग्जीलीन ग्लुकोनेट के साथ इस्तेमाल हो रहा हैं। इंसान शुगर पचा ही नहीं सकता अगर भाईसाहब बैक्टीरीया न हो। आप एक्सपैरीमैंट करके देखिए क्या कापर लैक्टोबैंसीलस(लैकटोंज) फ्रक्टोंबैंसीलस(फ्रक्टोंज) ग्लैंकटोबैंसीलस(ग्लैंक्टोंज) को मारता हैं या नहीं। ग्लायकोलायसीस तो आपने पढ़ी ही होगीं फ्रक्टोज1,6 डायफौस्फेट को कौन तोड़ता हैं इंजाइम और कौन निकालता हैं वह इंजाइम। कापर तो मुख्य घटक हैं क्रैंब के खून का जैसे आयरन हीमोग्लोबिंन हैं मानव का। लेकिन यह सहीं हैं कि सैंल का DNA का टूटना भी उतना ही जरूरी हैं PCD जरूरी हैं वरना कर्क रोग होगा गांठें होंगी कैंसर होगा। कापर डी एन को नहीं तोड़ता होता तो IUCD कापरटी में क्यों उपयोग किया जाता। क्युपरस आयन शुक्राणू के DNA को तोड़ देता हैं। जल तो फीटकरी से भी साफ होता हैं। कहीं ऐसा न हो आने वाले समय में कि साफ पानी कापर से करकर मनुष्य को अलग से प्रोंबायोटीक न लेना पड़ जाए।Lactobacillus Casei - Support conditions including intestinal microbial balance, type 2 diabetes and the symptoms of Irritable bowel syndrome.

Good topic 👍 it is always better to clean the copper container even if slight change in copper colour is seen. Better to clean nicely before next use . Before filters moved in , copper utensils were extensively used in rural India.

Room me pahle se hi contamination hoti hai to plate ko kholte hi kuch microbes to apne usme pahle hi add kr diye hain. But the experiment is absolutely correct.
