I have an esp32 wroom and max 9814 mic with 2812's. Installed Sr wled, power my board and lights through same power source but their own power and ground. I can get all non Sr effects and lights from Sr effects but will not react to sound. I've adjusted gain and squelch, output from mic going to vp(36) anyone have any ideas? In sound settings pin number listed is 36.
I've seen this happen before. I'm not exactly sure how to fix it. I changed the I put pin and changed it back. I also changed mic types then went back and that seemed to fix it.
@Anthony Baltazar I changed my pin to 35 and works. I built a light out of 12ga sheet metal 3"tall, 4" deep and 24 long. I wired up a new board and a new 9814 and connected it to the lights with jst conectors. Worked great. I then mounted it all on a rubber pad and put it in the box, turned it back on and not working. Pulled the electronics back out and it worked. Turned out to be the tabs that hold the back. 8 tabs welded on with a magnet on each one. Those magnets were turning my box into a magnetic field and interfering with the signal.
What's the difference between the one music note icon and the two music notes? I cannot find this information anywhere
Thank you Anthony Balrazar for you very valuable videos. Have great day!

@@TheOldKid interesting. Good find.
Does wled sr have the drivers installed for your mic?
Yes. It's a standardized output for that and many other mics.
@@brakthehun Thank you so much for the help!
And thank you for the video... I'll tag you once I show off my project!
