I think is bcuz legend ranks makes it easier to pop pgs, like if vanguard attacks vanguard it triggers the pgs, I'm only at low ranks so I don't know yet, but from what I see those vids plays, this always happens

If at any point 2 or more crits will put you at 6 or 5 health, the pg activates
