Many thanks for the video ! I used your ladder for many years in a rented property I once lived in. I've just moved into my own and I'll be installing your ladder as it's such an easy-to-use yet VERY safe piece of equipment. Having watched this clip, I see that it's also dead easy to install as a DIY job. No handy man costs to budget for :)
