Thanks man, I bought the Windows 10 Home Retail copy for $33. I'm building my first PC so I can play the best version of Cyberpunk on my 8k tv. Now if only I can order one of these RTX 3090!
OEM is linked to the mobo it's used on and is technically against Microsoft TOS. Retail is bought from Microsoft for the big premium but you can reactivate it whenever you build a new computer. Retail keys can only be used on computer at a time, OEM is one computer ever. Basically, if the number of computers you plan on building in the future times the price of an OEM key is higher than that of a retail key, get a retail key for the premium.
