Overall, going this long without anyone dying is unusual but not unprecedented. You get a few early deaths, mainly from people running into each other, and a few when someone makes a mistake or has bad luck, but there is no guarantee that anyone will die early on since the players compensate for the lack of regeneration by being extra careful. Later on you start seeing more deaths as well-equipped players/teams start hunting for other players.
