You needed twice as much time devoted to the demonstration of the techniques as opposed to the verbal descriptions. Next, there was no connection between drill no. 1, 2 , etc. and the pronation exercise from the service line back to the base line. While you both may be excellent players, as instructors of the pronation technique, you need to go back to the drawing board and revise this video to include at least 10 more minutes of demonstration.

I saw a short a couple days ago of Scott doing the behind the back spike. These exercises are a key element to the whip at the end of the kinetic chain and again I'm hungry to go practice after watching your vids. Thank you! 🤘🤠
