Why don't you use English subtitles instead of that intruding voice behind show? Your speaker is rather loud too. it makes you sound fierce and hard to hear, otherwise its a good and detailed recipe. Hope to see an improvement in your next video.
I made 4 pieces of la'bian 朥餅 last evening making just a quarter of the recipe and I used lard rather than synthetic white fat and I baked the four pieces of la'bian rather than deep fry them.
I must say the wrapper skin is very good and highly recommended. Thank you for the recipe. I also reduce the amount of sugar for the ouni.

I put the ear piece on left or right I still hear both languages.
Lily Kow you could still hear both Chinese and English but the English translation should be louder than the Chinese when using the right earpiece and vice versa.
