Then when Kard sang "The Angel who lost it's wings" there was nothing but praise and K-netz were in awe of how well they interpreted the song. Now, a lot of people are comparing Checkmate to Kard... and if you were around back then and even if you weren't, I want y'all to know how much that sucks for the fans. It's an upsetting situation. Most of us use K-pop to escape from our lives, it shouldn't also become a stress inducing and toxic thing. So, before attacking Checkmate use reason and logic and realize that while they may use Kard's example of a mixed group to potentially NOT flop, plagiarism is a completely different thing. If it was something as serious as plagiarism,DSP would've already intervened.
Exactly, DSP or another agency would have taken legal action against plagiarism. Some kpop fans like to talk lightly. I keep reminding exo fans, chungha, bp saying that KARD has plagiarized all of their songs.
