Sure. I dont think paying off loan with part time money is possible, but you can pay for living expenses and at most you can pay for atleast a course fees for each semesters.
Its is not required for B1,b2 visa, just to have some money for expenses is enough, but for student visa, that is f1 visa, it is a must to have money in bank account or loan from bank for tuition fees, expenses, and stay.
