@@worldofgj5472 Hello, let me answer these. 1. You need to check this with your company - usually it is paid by you and reimbursed by company. 2. Yes you need to carry your offer letter. 3. They didn’t ask me for my resume / CV but best to carry it, to be on safer side.
Hi, I got my passport back with visa stamp in 7 days after consulate interview. They give you the stamped I-129S form immediately at the counter once officer finishes with your visa interview.

@@Mr_Wandererr Hello, I was working in India previously, hence I applied for L-1B from India. L-1B is valid for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years. And yes, L-1B is eligible for GC.

Yes this is for L-1B. For other visas, I am not aware.

it depends very much on the kind of role and the company. I would rely on Glassdoor which gave me the right estimates to be able to negotiate.
