This is the best format for interviews because it is an unscripted, linear stream of consciousness between two people. As long as it stays like that, anything can be brought into discussion, and the guests usually drop their guard and we get to learn about the real them. People with too much pride and stock in politics or agendas should just stay away from Joe's podcast because they will only ruin it.
