- Sadly we had to say goodbye to Simon today.
Last night he had a massive seizure but recovered until this afternoon when he had another seizure. This time he didn't recover and we took him for his last ride to the vets.
Rest in peace, dear Simon. You have left paw prints on our hearts that will never fade. You are deeply missed and will always be remembered with love.
Thank you for all the kind comments ❤ We had the craziest storm today a few hours after his passing - I think that was Simon letting us know he's found a good new home with his brother George 🐶🪽🐶🪽

Hello Michael, I am so very sorry for the loss of Simon. I loved watching Simon and Esme when they accompanied you on your camping trips. It will be strange not to see Simon. Here is a poem for you and Simon

Over the years, I've lost both parents and both brothers and my dog. I took my dog's passiong harder than any other loss.
The worst part about owning a pet is they dont last long enough, i feel your pain brother. Simon will be with you on every adventure with George.

I am heartbroken to learn of Si mon’s passing. He was such a sweetie and was so loved and well cared for by you and your wife. He knew that he was loved. I lost my husband this May. Its been very hard. Pets are family and he was so adorable. Cherish all the good times and keep them close to your heart. Simon was so special and will be missed dearly.

😪. Losing a dog can be the hardest thing . I once had a blind lab , was the best friend i ever had . Whoever said "time heals all wounds" , is an idiot . I lost her 38 years ago , and i never did get over it . There is not a day goes by that i dont miss her . Just sayin
