I couldn't listen to this guy beyond 04:30. The reason why the Gaza invasion took so long in unconventional urban war is because Israel was fighting with one hand behind its back politically whilst walking on eggs to minimise civilian casualty. The objectivists rightfully criticise Israel for its foolish perverse altruism to go after an enemy while being under a political magnifying glass. No war has ever been fought this way.

The UN estimates ~ 9:1 civilian to combatant death ratio over the last ~100 years in different wars I think. Of course, 9x better than average is a "genocide"!

In Gaza, the situation is different from Lebanon. Israel has been slow because of the hostage factor as well as civilians in harm's way used as shield. In Lebanon, there are no hostages. Indeed Israel would have far less restraint, and that would be more devastating for hezbolla.
