I bought 7 from home depot for about 165 bucks/window, but they went under a different name (Simonton pro or something like that) They are for a rental unit I own. I think they are a great value. Super sturdy and they work well. They have great fit, but not the best finish. Make sure to get the upgraded screen. I liken it to a Ford Work Truck. Basic but sturdy. Mine had two night latches, but was a larger window. Just my 2-cents.
After I saw this video I understand that the Simontion Reflections is on the lower en of the options and the Alside Mezzo is a better option. Am I right? I ask this because I have a contractor telling me that Mezzo is a medium range option and Simonton Reflection is top of the line. Please help. I want to make a decision soon by the end of the week preferably.
+Julie Rios Little Likely, the contractor gets a better price on the Mezzo window then they do the Simonton. Personally I would choose the Mezzo, and I have a lot of experience with both. (Mezzo is a new design and has triple glazing as a soon to be available option)
best window videos around, please keep them coming

Yes, Balance Track Covers and an Extruded Screen are available.
Can a "balance cover" be purchased after market?…

Is $380 for a 5050 window installed a ripoff?
The quote I got was $536, so $380 sounds cheap to me.
For reference, I just got off the phone and got a quote for $450 for 2 windows uninstalled.
